Guinness World Records Smallest Cow in the World. Swallow is a Dexter cow known for its small size, but this cow is diminutive even in Dexter's normal requirement.
This cute lil cow only measures 33 inches (84 centimeters) from rear to scuff. And it is named by The Guinness World Records Book as The Smallest Cow in the World.
This 11 year old cow is owned by Caroline Ryder from the West Yorkshire region of Northern England.
I find it amusing to know that Swallow is even smaller than her youngest calf.
